Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our advertising strategies and enhancing our market presence. This position requires a strong understanding of media buying on Google and Meta/Instagram, campaign management, and digital marketing, with a particular focus on SEO and social media management. The Executive will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Manage media buying processes, ensuring optimal placement and performance of advertisements across various platforms.
- Oversee campaign management from conception through execution, analysing performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise content and improve organic search rankings.
- Coordinate social media management efforts, crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Leverage tools such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick for effective campaign tracking and optimisation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in advertising, media buying, or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media management.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Tag Manager is highly desirable.
- Experience in campaign management with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Day To Day
- You will be required to learn the basic essential skills of Google & Facebook/Instagram advertising, with training provided before mastering advanced practices
- You will master your initial skills progression by achieving certifications with Google (we will help)
- You are responsible to grow our clients’ businesses
- You are responsible for managing the relationship side of the ads accounts you manage, with the reinforcement of the managing director as and when required
- You will be in charge of paid search and paid social campaigns for some of our clients
- You will use Keyword Planner and SEMRush to research and determine how potential customers search for our clients’ products and services
- You will create, manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns, using best practices and ad refreshes, for some of our clients
- You will write best-in-class ad copy to achieve high click-through rates and conversion rates
- You will be required to create advertising strategies, test and optimise campaigns using multiple methods to achieve the lowest possible acquisition cost. This will require analysing trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Proofreading and attention to detail
- You will be required to create detailed analysis of accounts and reports to share with clients. These will be presented during meetings to discuss performance and in written communication.
- You may get the chance to work in a broader role where paid ads form part of what you do but not all of it, though we’d like to keep you specialised and develop your skills.
- You will be required to look into and solves any issues which arise regarding account issues. This may involve communication with support reps.
- You will be required to keep on top of changing policies and new features being brought out by advertising platforms e.g. changes to consent mode
- General admin tasks e.g. sending invoices, monitoring comments on Facebook ads, checking in with clients, making required updates
- Creating ad visual and video ad ideas and text to create briefs for our Design Team to complete. This will require daily check ins to ensure the pipeline is moving swiftly to complete visuals as required.

Pay: £26,717.00-£29,076.00 per year
