Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help progress our D2C royatly free music service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively communicate our brand message across various digital platforms. A passion for music is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and analysing performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Work with the music team to suggest trending music and assist with music uploads/metadata tagging.
Lead projects from conception through execution while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
Create compelling copy for various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media posts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
Exceptional leadership abilities to guide teams towards achieving common goals.
Solid experience in social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Creative copywriting skills that engage audiences and drive action.
