We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Global Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) team as a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Global Marketing WPB. In a nutshell the role is to support multiple local markets in commercialising their digital journeys to onboard new customers and cross-sell existing ones. This role is based in the UK, but with a multi-market remit.

In this role you will:
- Work with the local marketing teams to understand their needs in terms of digital marketing, help them diagnose issues and support them with solutions to drive business and customer success.
- Manage key stakeholders such as Global Head of Digital Marketing, Global Head of WPB Marketing, Global Head of Digital Sales, Global Head of Data & Analytics
- Champion Digital Marketing education across WPB and own best practice across channels and solutions, including development of playbooks
- Support Digital Marketing transformation efforts, driving solutions, requirements, and identifying use cases, including Generative AI marketing technology
- Lead Digital Marketing projects end-to-end from identifying a use case, sourcing the vendor/solution, seeking approval and deploying the solution (in conjunction with the global Martech team, where appropriate)
- Proactively seek innovative areas to help grow digital marketing capabilities and enable business solutions
