Job Overview
We are looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing our CRM strategy and email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our Marketing, Digital, Gallery and Operations teams to ensure that our customer base is engaged and retained. You will develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, generate leads and build customer loyalty. You must have extensive knowledge and experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software and best practices.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Lichfield, Staffordshire (WS14 9NW). We would be looking for the successful candidate to be in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the CRM strategy aligns with the company’s objectives and customer-centric approach. This will include working closely with our customer analyst to analyse customer data to build out a segmentation and lifecycle strategy.
- Create, schedule and execute all CRM emails, regular and solus newsletters, event management, marketing automations and existing processes to all CFA customers.
- Develop and manage customer retention programs including loyalty / VIP programmes.
- Manage the communication and email marketing calendar with key senior stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting and presenting of email metrics and insights to the Marketing team and wider business.
- Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push and other cross-channel communications.
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in a CRM Manager / Email Marketing Manager role.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimising content to improve open, click-through and registration rates.
- Strong understanding on best email marketing practice.
- Experience with customer data and CRM platforms such as Ometria and/or Hubspot.
- Experience with Shopify, Trustpilot & Microsoft Dynamics.
- A background in retail or B2C environment.
- Hands-on, motivated and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
