Job Title: Head of Digital Acquisition - Europe
Reports to: European Marketing Director
Based: Hybrid between home and our Burntwood office
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the lead generation strategy, delivery and optimisation to meet ambitious enquiry and visit targets
- Develop and deliver the strategy for generative activity, primarily across SEO, CRO, PPC, OLV and VoD
- Ownership of the performance of the digital estate and activity to meet CRO targets and business KPIs
- Lead and drive competitive and high-performing SEO strategies to ensure Busy Bees secures its share of demand through search
- Lead CRO strategies and activities to meet ambitious targets for the conversion of leads at every stage
- Develop the digital roadmap to ensure Busy Bees is optimised for future growth and KPIs
- Ownership of the website to deliver the optimum UX and conversion rate across both mobile and desktop
- Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting of generative spend to meet monthly targets and optimise ROI
- Work seamlessly with the Head of Brand to ensure that all brand and acquisition activity are working together to meet KPIs
- Ownership of activity to achieve high enquiry and visit targets for new centres, working closely with the Integrations team
- Work across both a national and local level, ensuring appropriate lead volumes for each centre across the estate
- Work both strategically and tactically
- Measure, optimise and report on all lead generation activity
- Analyse data to make innovative and insightful recommendations
- Responsibility for agency management and performance to objectives, KPIs and SLAs
- Lead and develop the digital marketing team
- Deputise for the European Marketing Director as needed
Key skills & Experience
- Proven track record in achieving exceptional digital performance, from strategy to execution.
- Success in creating impactful online media and digital advertising campaigns, including social and PPC.
- Experience of email, social and content marketing
- Evidence of measuring and optimising ROI and performance to deliver tangible improvements.
- Enthusiastic about digital marketing and embraces challenges.
- Proficient in data analysis and optimisation turning them into insights and recommendations.
- Proactively introduces cutting-edge technology into marketing and business plans.
- Strong expertise in competitive SEO and website management.
- European expertise would be an advantage, with effective cross functional collaboration.
- Skilled in budget management and optimisation.
- Strong analytical abilities and translating that into improvements.
- Team player with exceptional project management skills.
- Knowledge of Google tools, and technologies and platforms for improving digital performance.
- Results-focused, creative problem solver with a positive and proactive attitude, ready to drive significant change and development.
