Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all platforms while fostering positive relationships with our community.
Duties
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
- Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Direcor and Management to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies relevant.
- Create reports on social media performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content tailored for various audiences.

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
