M4B Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
Working across several different industries you will have the opportunity to plan digital marketing strategies, come up with creative promotional campaigns whilst getting hands-on with SEO, PPC and digital marketing.
This role will be heavily focused on content creation. Previous experience creating social media content, blogs and website page content to a good standard is required.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Social Media Management - Responsible for social media updates and management of paid social advertising across multiple client accounts.
- Content Marketing - Producing good quality content (blogs, press releases, social posts, email content, landing page content) across multiple client accounts. Optimising content for keywords.
- Analytics and Reporting - Completing monthly client marketing reporting across all accounts (this will take up a few days at the beginning of each month usually). Involving Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Marketing Strategy - Creating marketing strategies. Creating promotions and running them for various accounts.
- Marketing Automation - Setting up complex marketing automation journeys for clients using systems like Pardot, Active Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (training can be provided if you haven't worked on these before).
- E-mail Marketing - Responsible for creating and distributing email marketing campaigns for various clients.
- Website Content / Management - Updating website content on various client websites.
- Pay Per Click Advertising - Managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across different platforms (AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc).
- Account Management - Managing communications with clients, updating marketing plans, scheduling work for yourself and other members of the team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Google Analytics experience
- Google AdWords experience.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Active Campaign, Pardot, Klaviyo.
- Experience with WordPress and other website content management systems.
- Spelling and grammar must be to a good standard.
- Content writing experience – Blogs, social media updates.
- Experience multi-tasking, handling deadlines and multiple responsibilities.
- Willing to learn and get stuck in with a small growing company. It will be a varied role and a chance to get involved with lots of different areas of marketing.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Previous experience working in an agency environment.
- Any experience with CRM systems (we work with Salesforce).
- Social media management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000 - £27,500 (salary depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
