Job Overview
We are seeking driven candidate to join our marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and business growth, with expertise in graphic design for online web stores. This role involves utilising various sales techniques to promote our products and services, including the use of email newsletters, social media, and targeted phone calling.
Responsibilities
- Involvement in website improvement.
- Production of product photos for emails, website, and promotions.
- Analysis of product sales.
- Conduct Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyse customer purchases and produce targeted marketing.
- Utilise Storefeeder software to track sales activities, manage purchase orders, and report on sales performance of specific products.
- Communicate clearly to customers, peers, and other business leads in English.
- Collaborate well with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to management, showcasing your sales growth effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Excel is advantageous.
- Strong business understanding with the ability to communicate persuasively.
- Verbal communication skills in English is a requirement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
