Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write and produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including the website, blog, email marketing and social media
- Content Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of the content strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- SEO Optimisation: Work with the SEO team to help improve rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with the team to maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely content delivery in line with campaign schedules.
- Cross-channel Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and data teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all content.
- Content Review: Edit and proofread content created by other team members or freelance contributors to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of content using analytics tools (Ruler), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually evolve and enhance the content strategy.
Desired Skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- 2- 4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimising content for search engines.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
- Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating or editing visual content.
- Experience in video production is a plus.
- Understanding of content marketing, buyer personas, and content funnels.
- AI - basic experience with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Perplexity, and Claude.

Ad hoc remote working is available. Additional flexible working arrangements can be discussed upon completion of the probation period.
