As the Social Media & Content Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be managing and growing our TikTok channel, producing engaging video content that resonates with our community, and maintaining Bali Body’s authentic voice across social media. - Create and execute TikTok video campaigns that highlight Bali Body’s products, brand, and lifestyle, including tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based videos.
- Film and edit engaging TikTok videos that showcase products in fun, creative ways and align with current trends. You must be comfortable in front of the camera and confident in your ability to showcase products while engaging with our community.
- Develop a content calendar for TikTok to ensure regular posting, keeping our content fresh and in line with seasonal trends, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, music, challenges, and influencer content to ensure Bali Body remains relevant and visible on the platform.
- Engage with followers through comments and user-generated content. Foster a strong, loyal community around the Bali Body brand.
- Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors on TikTok for product reviews and application videos. Manage these partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner, creating a positive relationship with Bali Body’s growing audience.
- Bring Bali Body’s personality to life through your on-camera presence, maintaining an authentic, confident, and relatable brand voice.
- Film, direct, and produce your own videos as well as collaborate with other team members or influencers to create high-quality content.
- Create engaging and on demand content pieces using our products, inclusive of body applications and tanning applications
- Edit video content to be visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for TikTok’s unique format. Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok’s native editing tools is a plus.
- Ensure high-quality video production, focusing on lighting and angles while maintaining Bali Body’s signature style and aesthetic.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive content that ties into larger digital campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor TikTok performance through analytics tools, and report on key metrics such as views, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Use insights to continuously optimize video content, adapting strategies based on what resonates best with our audience.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and approaches to constantly evolve the content strategy.
Key Skills
- 1-2 years of social media experience, especially on TikTok or video content creation.
- Comfortable filming and being in front of the camera, with a confident, relatable, and engaging personality.
- Experience editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- A deep understanding of TikTok trends and its algorithm.
- Strong video production skills, including filming and editing. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok’s native editing features.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact authentically with our online community.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle—particularly in the context of Bali Body’s product offering.
- Fun, energetic, and outgoing with a natural ability to engage an audience.
- Creative and innovative, always thinking of new ways to stand out on social media.
- A team player who can work collaboratively, but also self-motivated to take initiative and execute independently.
