CRM Manager - Email Customer Communications

Hybrid 3 day office based and 2 from home
Talent Hub is working in partnership with a respected Financial Services company. Their Brighton based team is looking for a skilled CRM Manager to deliver their customer communications programs and develop their automated trigger email campaigns.
They require someone from either financial or professional services, with a strong background in CRM and customer comms for retention and upselling purposes.
Experience of using Salesforce is also required for this job.
For this CRM Manager job you should have:
- Proven skills in creating and delivering customer communications campaigns, from strategy, planning, content creation, delivery, analysis and reporting.
- Previously designed and delivered automated trigger campaigns, is essential for this role.
- A thorough understanding and working knowledge of Saleforce and other email software.
- Worked in either Professional or Financial Services for at least 3 years.
- Previously worked at Manager level, delivering successful complex email campaigns for customer retention.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Responsibilities for this CRM Manager job include:
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive customer communications programmme to enhance customer retention across the lifetime of the customer.
- Create content for multi-channel comms, across various digital platforms to optimise customer engagement.
- Manage the planning, execution, delivery and success of customer communication campaigns.
- Utilise and analyse customer data to identify opportunities to improve and optimise future campaign activities.
