The role
As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will take the lead in shaping the trust’s external and internal communications strategy, ensuring our values and vision resonate with all our stakeholders. From developing compelling campaigns to managing crisis communications, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, enhancing our reputation, and supporting the trust’s growth.
As seen in the Job Description, key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a dynamic marketing and communication strategy aligned with our strategic goals.
- Leading on brand management, ensuring consistency and visibility across all platforms.
- Strengthening stakeholder engagement through impactful storytelling, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Managing media relations, including press releases and proactive media outreach.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns to attract students and top talent to the trust.
- Enhancing internal communications to foster a connected and motivated workforce.
- Using data insights and analytics to measure success and refine strategies.
