Your Role

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will:

Define and execute strategic Digital Marketing plans to accelerate online sales and revenue.
Lead and inspire the marketing team, aligning their efforts with the company’s growth objectives.
Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, driving traffic and conversions.
Continuously optimise our website for an exceptional user experience.
Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and retention.

About You

We’re looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing leader who brings:

Proven experience leading ecommerce teams in a high-growth, £10M+ turnover retail environment.
Expertise in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and driving customer acquisition strategies.
Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
A results-driven mindset, with a strong track record of achieving sales, traffic, and conversion goals.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring talented teams.
Expertise in retail calendar campaign management
Analytical expertise, with experience leveraging tools like Google Analytics to inform strategy.
