- Work alongside the Account Manager to provide technical expertise when required, such as explaining campaign performance, advertising metrics, or complex optimisation strategies.
- Lead and advise on any technical queries raised by clients, helping them understand the impact of their campaigns and strategies.
- Sign-off new listing content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone of voice as well as required keyword targets and product descriptors.
4. Performance Reporting & Insights
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to provide monthly commentary to accompany performance reports, detailing campaign progress, successes, and next steps for continual improvement.
- Track key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates and other performance indicators to identify patterns and areas for optimisation.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations with the Account Manager to help inform broader client strategy.
5. Keyword Research & Bid Optimisation
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords, both for new and existing campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust bids strategically to improve campaign efficiency and ensure that performance goals are met within the client’s budget.
- Use a mix of software tools and personal judgment to uncover new opportunities for campaign expansion and improvement.
