Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing the sales skills of our team members, driving performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This role requires a passionate individual who can inspire and motivate others while providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Duties
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales techniques and product knowledge of team members.
- Monitor sales performance and provide one-on-one coaching to help individuals achieve their targets.
- Develop tailored training materials and resources that address the specific needs of the sales team.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement within the team.
- Foster a positive and competitive sales environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Collaborate with management to set achievable sales goals and strategies for the team.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new hires during their onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire others to improve their performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and develop actionable plans for improvement.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt training methods as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
