About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PPC Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will support our digital marketing efforts by ensuring effective PPC campaigns, to maximise ROI, and contribute to achieving business goals. Key Skills
- Experience managing and optimising pay-per-click campaigns across multiple platforms (google adverts, microsoft, meta and others)
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Knowledge of Google tag manager
- Skills with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker)
- Proficient in excel and google sheets
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign management: Build, launch and optimise campaigns from the ground up. Advise on keyword selection, audience targeting and market forecast. Experience in formulating and launching ad accounts for new products or territories.
- Reporting: Daily reporting on performance vs targets and identifying new opportunities to deliver the team targets. Produce insightful reports that identify challenges, and evolve thinking - sharing with respective stakeholders.
- Cost per Lead (CPL): KPI: Evaluate the cost of generating each new lead through marketing efforts. Success: Maintain or decrease CPL over time, ensuring cost-efficient lead generation and effective budget utilisation.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): KPI: Evaluate the cost of acquiring a new customer through marketing activities. Success: Maintain or decrease CAC over time, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV or LTV): KPI: Evaluate the total value a customer brings throughout their entire relationship with the company. Success: Increase CLV through strategies that foster long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Quality of Leads (CPO): KPI: Assess the quality of leads generated through marketing campaigns. Success: Generate high-quality leads that convert into loyal customers, minimising wasted resources on low-value leads.
