We are looking for a highly experienced PPC Specialist to be a functional expert within our Digital Marketing Agency, providing expert support to the Digital and Key Account Managers when dealing with our high value customers’ accounts. You will use your outstanding knowledge of PPC to deliver highly tailored up to date digital campaign solutions. This a varied and exciting role with responsibility for a small base of large spending customers but one thing is sure no two days are ever the same. This is an exciting opportunity that may lead to future leadership roles as the team continues to grow.
The role:
- Using Google Adwords and Microsoft to effectively run PPC campaigns for the Digital Agency clients, ensuring regular contact and feedback of campaign performance either through video calls , written communication or in person.
- Build and maintain relationships with Agency clients through face-to-face, telephone and written contact.
- Pro-actively look at new ways to automate and optimise the account performance.
- Implement new initiatives and ensure all new features / technology is being tested
- Manage Shopping accounts profitably.
- Work with internal stake holders to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the wider paid search and digital marketing strategy of the customer including CX , social and SEO
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit all necessary information, ensuring client needs are met.
- Own client issues internally to ensure the requirements are delivered within agreed time-scales and to specification in conjunction with the Digital and Key Account Manager.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly campaign & bespoke reports & analysis.
- Regularly Analyse account performance data
- Attend regular client calls either virtually on video call or in person to communicate performance and future campaign plans
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis & reporting.
- Work with UX to A-B test messaging and customer journeys.
- Support with training requirements & mentoring for junior team members.
- Ensure all deadlines are achieved.
- Excellent communication skills when working within the Customers , team, wider team and when working externally with suppliers
- Build strong professional relationships with the wider business.
The person:
- An experienced PPC Account Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing PPC campaigns of up to 100k a month with 5 years + experience in the industry including a high understanding of Google shopping campaigns.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships while also working closely with internal stake holders to ensure the maximum ROI is delivered with every campaign.
- Pro- active forward thinker, able to work alone, managing client requirements effectively.
- Google Adwords Accredited in Fundamentals, shopping and Search.
- Knowledge of Bing and Yahoo.
