As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee Jewells’ CRM, email marketing campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO strategies to enhance our online presence, attract new audiences, and foster customer loyalty. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative campaigns that align with our business objectives and brand values.
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships and increase retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and automated workflows.
- Monitor email performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance engagement, deliverability, and ROI.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
- Create and optimise campaigns to achieve key KPIs, including ROAS, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor and report on paid media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase discoverability.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for both on-page and technical SEO.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, identifying opportunities to enhance rankings and visibility.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance across all channels, leveraging insights to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion, jewellery, or luxury lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of managing successful CRM, email, paid ad, and SEO campaigns.
- Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo (or similar CRM platforms), and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, reporting, and optimisation techniques.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker who can balance innovation with performance-driven strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
