We are looking for someone who has experience as a Marketing Director within a restaurant group or data-driven business. This brand seeks an inspiring, metrics-focused leader who excels in data-driven decision-making, demonstrates strong financial acumen, and possesses a deep understanding of growth marketing to drive its ambitious expansion plans.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued development of the company and its existing brands. The successful candidate will oversee Marketing, Sales, Digital and Business Development.
The ideal candidate will blend creative vision with strategic digital expertise to amplify the brand's presence across its venues and evolving brand portfolio.
Their focus is to grow the company as a platform for insurgent brands with future plans for franchising, licensing, and global site development. Technology and digital innovation are central to their strategy, driving customer engagement and operational excellence.
What you'll do...
- Build, Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Develop the marketing vision and strategy in conjunction with the CEO, aligned to the 5-year + business strategy to deliver annual revenue goals.
- Oversee branding, internal, and external communications, digital marketing, community engagement, content, social media, and events for the company and associated brands.
- Oversee all branding and digital channels, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social media, content marketing, performance media, and innovative tech solutions.
- Create data-driven strategies to maximize brand engagement and customer advocacy.
- Own the marketing budget, with a focus on demonstrating ROI, especially across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to meet and exceed KPIs across all marketing initiatives.
- Uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing brands, internally and externally.
- Leverage analytics to track campaign effectiveness and consumer trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders across the company to define and implement a marketing and brand strategy that meets and exceeds KPIs.
- Develop and execute a strategy for delivery in conjunction with Deliveroo, Reef etc.
- Drive market leading brand engagement on key social media platforms through effective content creation.
- Ownership of the Marketing and Sales budgets and requirements, ensuring all are in line with yearly department budget and that proposed targets meet the needs of the business.
- Manage relationships with external PR companies to ensure the company and its individual brands are included in relevant media coverage.
- Have P&L management accountability including direct responsibility for consistently growing revenue.
