Digital Marketing Executive
The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a marketing-led retail gold and silver brokerage with a unique proposition that has now hit the exciting growth phase. Our business is profitable, growing revenue at 25% YoY, and on course to exceed £50M turnover this year. We have an excellent reputation and our focus is to build on that to drive our continued growth.
Culture-wise we are friendly, relaxed and driven by improvement and results. We are learning all the time and still of the size where working together towards a common goal is a natural way of being. We are also wise enough to be determined to maintain this as we expand. We want to hire people who are great at what they do, believe they can get better, and are curious to discover what they don’t yet know.
The Role
Our marketing team is the engine room that drives new business acquisition. We are data-driven and constantly test and refine to improve the performance of our campaigns. Our success so far has been built on organic and paid search, together with select affiliate relationships.
We are now looking to expand our team to help develop our social and email channels into effective revenue-generators. Our ideal candidate is an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Executive who understands how to set up, manage and develop effective social presences across the main platforms – and has a track record of success in doing so.
On the email side, we run nurturing campaigns, newsletters and various ad-hoc campaigns using Marketing Cloud, and this role would see you develop into our go-to Marketing Cloud expert (with support from our 3rd party agency experts) and facilitator.
We are still a small team which means we all get involved in wider marketing projects, so there is no shortage of variety in what we do. This role is going to be a hands-on with the opportunity to forge your own career path as we continue to expand. As a team, our approach is to identify the biggest opportunities that we can comfortably handle, prove they work, and then add resource when we are confident they are sustainable.
We see social media channels as a big opportunity for our business – if you believe you are the ideal person to help us to realise it then please get in touch.
