Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an effective web content marketing strategy
- Review UX to optimise user journeys and success metrics
- Lead on SEO optimisation (and manage retained SEO agency)
- Review website performance and optimise; act as key liaison to our tech and development teams
- Lead on CMS use, training and development
- Develop omnichannel digital marketing campaigns (paid social, paid search, display, affiliates, email etc) with a brand building and demand gen focus
- Build and deliver robust marketing campaigns for our current account, savings and lending products.
- Develop and deliver an effective email marketing strategy
- Lead on marketing automation (implementation and management)
- Lead on high profile marketing projects, including our Annual Report
- Act as our brand champion and brand guardian
- Line management of a Performance Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms, strategies and best practice
- 8+ years’ digital marketing experience
- A deep understanding of website management, SEO, UX, performance marketing and email marketing
- Experience of managing a small team, nurturing and developing their skillsets
- An understanding of the nuances of working in a regulated industry
- An understanding of the Challenger Bank and Fintech competitive landscape
- The ability to create highly engaging campaigns that drive engagement
- A commercial mindset and experience delivering demonstrable ROI and improved CPAs across all digital channels
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable working with and advising senior stakeholders
- Dynamic – comfortable working in a fast-paced, high change environment
- An eagerness to learn and develop
- A degree in a relevant field
