Please note, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out two days in-person working per week on average which will include attendance at your office location. Homeworkers may be required to attend our offices on an ad hoc basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the National Housing Federation (NHF) for a Marketing Intelligence Assistant. The main purpose of this role is to gather intelligence and generate sales for our commercial events by speaking to our members on the telephone. Youll be an integral part of our Marketing and Customer Service teams, joining in a role where youll receive training in marketing and data analysis, and gain experience of working on marketing campaigns that generate millions of pounds.
This role requires someone who can build an understanding of our customers (primarily housing association staff) and our commercial event offer. Youll be an important point of contact for customers buying our commercial products and will therefore be required to update our CRM system, and receive data training.
Learning will be a key part of the job making this the perfect role for someone building a career in marketing.

Key Elements Of The Role
- Use telephone, email and surveys to gather intelligence and generate sales for our commercial events.
- Feed this information into the Marketing and Customer Service teams to inform marketing campaigns and develop strategies.
- Hit target number of calls per day and work towards pre-agreed ticket sales per event.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support proactive data cleansing to allow effective marketing activity, follow up and analysis.
