QUOC is looking for a passionate cyclist, connector-of-people, and dynamic marketeer to manage and oversee social media, serve as the point of contact for our community, and enhance and create content.
Community
- Promote, attend and help to organize on-the-ground events and activations at home and abroad
- Manage the brand’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube Strava, Linkedin and Tiktok including posts, messages and interactions
- Monitor, oversee and analyze traffic, engagement and growth across all social accounts and organic channels
- Engage online community; plan and execute online initiatives and programs.
- Ensure valuable feedback from the community is fed back to the wider team
Rider/Ambassador Relations
- Become the key contact for our athlete/brand ambassador community
- Liaise with our rider partners to produce content as per the brand’s needs
- Strengthen relationships, going above and beyond to serve the needs of our athletes
Content
- Learn and become fluent in QUOC's brand identity, tone of voice and product range.
- Create engaging, persuasive and seamless copy and content for social media, newsletters, blogs, website, and promotional multimedia materials.
- Work with the creative team to develop and execute a content marketing plan and ongoing campaign calendar.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of marketing, content management and or community management
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Strava
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with knowledge of engagement/growth monitoring tools and ability to adapt data to drive improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication with high attention to detail
- Team player and people person with natural ability to network and engage
- Multitasker and self-starter with good use of initiative and ability to creative solve problems
- Excellent existing knowledge of professional cycling landscape from elite cycling to grass routes
