Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing Marketing team. This role is to support the Marketing Associate and Head of Marketing on the delivery of the firm’s day-to-day B2B marketing activities.
The role will be varied and fast paced involving a range of tasks including social media monitoring, email marketing and event organisation. No two days will be the same so it will require an individual who is highly adaptable, confident in approaching their daily tasks with diligence and highly organised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Support: Support the digital marketing team with paid and organic campaigns, Social Media optimisation, and tracking performance through analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Social Media/Community Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, monitoring posts, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Event Support: Collaborate with the events team to promote upcoming events via email marketing, social media, and targeted campaigns
- Email Marketing: Support and optimise email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
- Project Management: Oversee marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed on time while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist with tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for both digital marketing and social media campaigns, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.
- Internal Communications: Assisting the team with internal communication projects and assets
