What you’ll be doing:
Campaign Performance
Lead Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate monthly Salesforce reports for the UK lead to lease performance
- Analyse and report on marketing campaigns, strategies, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with central digital team
- Run monthly regional performance reports and collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to prepare insights
Salesforce Management:
- Manage and optimise the "lead to lease" process for the UK, achieving KPIs
- Drive Salesforce adoption among Asset Managers, improving lead tracking and lease conversions Maintain and update customer and agent contact data in Salesforce
Campaign Management:
- Act as the primary contact for UK campaigns, including the in-house leasing roll out and other initiatives to improve occupancy
- Design, manage, and evaluate digital campaigns, including lead generation and ROI working closely with the digital team Update and manage microsites and campaign landing pages
CRM & Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email campaigns, including agent newsletters, customer communications, and tenant surveys
- Develop the UK communications strategy by creating email campaigns, reviewing engagement, and managing follow-up actions
- Help to maintain accurate customer and agent contact information in Salesforce
To be successful in this role, you’re:
- Analytical and communication skills: strong analytical abilities and excellent written communication.
- Campaign expertise: proven experience in marketing and campaign management within a B2C or B2B sales environment
- Salesforce: strong salesforce experience for reporting, customer journey optimisation, and dashboard performance or CRM equivalent
- Digital marketing: expertise in social media, email marketing, paid media campaigns, and tools like google analytics and LinkedIn analytics.
- Detail-oriented: high attention to detail in ensuring brand-aligned, high-quality communications.
