About The Role
This role will be responsible for creating a brand-new team as a
Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through
paid media strategy, content optimisation, and performance analytics across our group brands:
Think Tank Academy, Exceptional Care, Gillian Ashcroft Personal Brand, and Combined Care Consortium. This role combines
hands-on execution with data-driven decision-making to manage multi-channel ad campaigns, optimise customer journeys, improve ROI, and deliver measurable growth. You’ll work across platforms including
Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn while also improving website SEO, email campaigns, and growth initiatives.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Meta Ads
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets, monitor spending and align campaigns with KPIs like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Performance Optimisation: Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creative, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and SEMrush to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Scaling Campaigns: Identify high-performing campaigns and implement scaling strategies while maintaining profitability.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Monitor KPIs in real-time, refine targeting strategies, and adapt campaigns based on performance data.
- Collaboration with Creative: Work closely with design teams to align visuals and copy for optimal audience engagement and results.
Website Management & SEO
- Website Optimisation: Manage and update websites with accurate course schedules, content, and blog posts.
- SEO Improvements: Use tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to analyse traffic, improve organic rankings, and drive quality leads.
- Technical Maintenance: Perform regular site checks to ensure fast loading times, mobile responsiveness, and seamless user experience.
- Conversion Tracking: Implement tools like Google Tag Manager to track conversions and user behavior across the funnel.
- Data Insights: Analyse bounce rates, click-through rates, and page performance to identify areas for improvement.
Email Marketing
- Campaign Management: Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement flows, and event reminders) to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Audience Segmentation: Use Zoho Automation to build audience lists and deliver personalized email content based on behavior, preferences, and funnel stage.
- Performance Optimisation: Track metrics like open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue attribution to optimise email strategies.
- Automation Workflows: Develop automated workflows that streamline communication and align with sales goals.
Content Strategy & Calendar Development
- Content Calendar: Develop and manage a cross-platform content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Asset Creation: Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to design high-quality static and video assets that align with brand messaging.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and audience insights to inform content strategy and messaging.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships: Identify opportunities for content collaborations, TikTok Shop set up, and influencer marketing to expand audience reach.
Growth Strategy & Data Optimization
- Customer Journey Analysis: Optimize the end-to-end funnel, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve conversion rates, AOV (Average Order Value), and LTV.
- New Growth Channels: Test and implement innovative strategies, such as influencer campaigns, TikTok LIVE, and emerging AI tools to stay competitive.
- Revenue Forecasting: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue goals, aligning campaigns with financial targets.
- Performance Reports: Use tools like Google Analytics, Zoho, and Meta Suite to provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for campaign refinement.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience with:
- Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo Email Marketing, and Shopify.
- Proven success managing ad budgets of £10,000+ monthly with demonstrated results in ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience optimising conversion funnels, reducing drop-off rates, and improving AOV.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues across conversion rates, ad creative, and audience targeting.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborating with content creators to develop engaging campaigns.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, trends, and AI technologies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Proficiency in managing multi-channel social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and growing brand visibility.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise high-impact activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to analyze accounts from a helicopter view to spot opportunities for improvement.
