Role Overview

The European Marketing Multi-skilled Digital Designer will provide expertise in graphic design, web and video from within the IQBlade Agency, working within the creative studio team and wider agency colleagues, to ensure delivery against agreed briefs and campaign objectives.

The successful candidate will be a creative designer, able to prove delivery in multi-skilled projects, together with bringing best practice ideas to content and campaigns, keen to learn and share knowledge, and able to work on multiple projects, juggling tight deadlines. The role will report to the Senior Manager, European Agency Studio in a busy and fun, multi-national agency environment, serving multiple markets across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

· Creative development of campaign content, reflecting TD SYNNEX and our vendors' branding requirements and design ethos to convey business concepts in impactful creative assets for maximum colleague and customer engagement

· Design final artwork for various media, particularly emails and landing pages

· Creation of relevant templates for Microsoft applications

· Responsible for management and usage of Adobe stock images

· Compliancy with corporate identity and corporate design

· Brand design owner of our visual language, advising internal/external stakeholders.

· Taking provided content and assets for campaigns, websites, social channels, presentations, events and enablement, and developing required assets against a defined outline while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders

· Keeping up to date with software and technology developments, and sharing best practice and knowledge within the agency

· Developing a solid understanding of digital marketing and modern marketing techniques across multiple channels.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

· 3 years of relevant work experience

· Degree in Design, Marketing or similar preferable

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

· HTML knowledge, ability to read, interpret and edit basic code

· Experience with marketing automation (ideally Marketo)

· UX/UI design, including responsive design

· Familiar with Zoom and Teams

· Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed

· Able to recognise and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency

· Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology

· Able to skilfully negotiate and promote/sell ideas persuasively

· Strong organisational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion

· Able to constructively work in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment

· Experience of working within digital marketing and/or marketing automation

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Excellent time management skills

· Well-organised and able to multi-task

· Attention to detail.

Desirable:

· A passion to progress your career in digital marketing and automation

· Familiar with Adobe Assets

· Testing and debugging competency

· Knowledge in After Effects and Video creation

· Working with dynamic content (potentially including basic Velocity and/or JavaScript)

· Knowledge in Asana or similar project management tools
