Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a comprehensive service provider.
Digital Marketing Executive is for a worldwide group of companies operating in the distribution of products, as well as providing the services of a marketing agency for external clients.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Group Marketing Manager, providing group support to various sister companies, strong organisational skills along with some database and analytical skills. It requires project management and communication skills along with a positive, proactive attitude to promote good teamwork.
This role reports directly to the Group Marketing manager and will require some travel to breakfast meetings, workshops and exhibitions.
In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required

Responsibilities:
- SEO and SEM: Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Assist with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns. Review of competitor activities including their websites and social media.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms under the Group, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage the podcasting by organising the subjects, recording with people in the industry and editing the Podcasts. Develop and manage the PCN video broadcasting, coordinating the filming, interviews and launch dates.
- Social Media Management: Manage and enhance our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and create monthly reports. Increase social media engagement and followers, keeping is ahead of its competitors. Support the sister companies with digital marketing campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Manage the email campaigns, including offer emails, newsletters and carrying out detailed reports, working closely with the sales manager and commercial manager. Manage and keep track of databases.
- Analytics and Reporting: Produce weekly reports for PPC, Magento, and Monitor website traffic and marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Web and Design teams and write creative briefs for studio. Work closely with other departments, including sales and commercial, to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Trend Analysis: Undertake market research, stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve performance.
- Events: Attend breakfast meetings and workshops, divided between both executives. Assist the Marketing Manager in organising, coordinating and attending exhibitions. Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive

Additional Information:
- Travelling required for Exhibitions, Conferences and Workshops therefore a driving licence is ideal
- Hours of work (38.75 hours per week) but can be extensive due to the nature of the role
