Job Description
Are you a data driven expert with a passion for optimizing website performance? If so, this role is for you!
We are looking for a CRO specialist to unlock the potential of our digital platforms. Using your expertise in data analysis, user behaviour tracking and A/B testing, to drive conversions and ensure our digital presence is maximising results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour and sales funnel performance using Magento 2’s analytics tools and third-party integrations to identify conversion barriers and user flow inefficiencies.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on key site elements, such as landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows, to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
- Provide data-driven UX/UI recommendations based on user behaviour insights to enhance usability, navigation, and overall site performance.
- Optimise the checkout process by regularly reviewing and testing elements to reduce cart abandonment and streamline the user experience.
- Collaborate with the CRM & Content Specialist to align personalised content and promotional strategies with customer segments for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and average order value (AOV) to measure the success of CRO initiatives.
- Work closely with the CRM & Content Specialist to optimise email marketing campaigns, including abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement emails for better performance.
- Coordinate with external development teams to implement and test optimisation changes within Magento 2, ensuring proper functionality and tracking.
- Monitor mobile vs. desktop performance and suggest improvements to ensure a seamless, optimised experience across all devices.
- Ensure SEO and page speed best practices are maintained while implementing CRO changes to avoid negative impacts on organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with external PPC teams to ensure landing page optimisation aligns with paid advertising campaigns and improves conversion rates from paid traffic.
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Digital, summarising the impact of CRO initiatives and offering strategic recommendations for further optimisation.
- Experience with Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) and Klaviyo is preferred, particularly with its customer segmentation tools, and ability to implement and track A/B tests effectively.
