As part of an exciting growth period for the team, we are looking for a Head of PPC to join our paid media team based in Leeds or Manchester. Our Paid team has gone from strength to strength since we launched 4 years ago and we have nearly doubled the headcount of the team this year alone!

Responsibilities:
- Develop our PPC offering in line with our wider Paid Media strategy
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry changes and explore new opportunities and suppliers
- Proactively propose new channels and tests to clients, report on tests and promote learnings.
- Be instrumental in generating and delivering new business and growing our PPC revenue
- Train and mentor the Paid Media Team on PPC best practices.
- Increase visibility of PPC within c3 and our successes and generate case studies around successes.
- Proactively increase visibility of c3 and PPC thought leadership across our social media channels and marketing, including posting, blogging & speaking
- Develop connected strategies with other teams
- Maintain an overarching view of all client PPC strategies and performance.
- Perform budget management checks across all clients.
- Support the paid media team to deliver high performing PPC campaigns
- Develop high performing campaigns and strategies
- Hands on execution and delivery of Google and Bing campaigns
- Effective delegation of tasks to the Paid Media Team
- Regularly perform strong data analysis and subsequent campaign optimisation
- Ongoing campaign performance analysis
- Deliver paid media reports, and monthly reporting decks with insights and recommendations to Paid Media Director
- Attend and lead client calls
- Track and deliver tasks through a project management system
- Attend supplier meetings to grow knowledge of paid media landscape
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a paid media role working in PPC,
- Experience of Google Marketing Platform would be preferable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of tracking and tagging
- Google qualified
- Confident communicator and ability to build relationships
- Be able to lead and nurture a team
- Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines
- Strong work ethic and an appetite to succeed.
