We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer and key members of the brand team, you will support our social media efforts by creating and managing content across various platforms, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience.
About TILIT: On a mission to help people look better and cook better since 2012. Born from a seasoned chef’s need for more stylish and functional workwear. We started small with just two aprons, a shirt and a pair of pants and has since evolved into a full blown kitchen fashion brand. Tilit is redefining workwear for chefs, cooks, and the hospitality industry from the kitchen to the street.
What You Will Do:
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (images, videos, captions) for owned brand and founders channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels
- Community engagement, including: re-posting stories, responding to all comments, engaging with other brands or community members in a timely manner ensuring great hospitality and care
- Plan and maintain social media calendar in partnership with the marketing team
- Coordinate lifestyle shoots with photographers for additional assets
- Report monthly on data including follower growth and engagement, using data to help inform the go-forward strategy for the following month
- Pay attention to cultural and hospitality industry trends to proactively plan and react to content
- Attend industry events and be in community with the country’s best chefs and restaurants
About You:
- Loves food and fashion, prior hospitality experience a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g Later) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing software is preferred but not required
