The Role:

- Experience negotiating influencer contracts and navigating compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience managing influencers during on-site events, ensuring smooth coordination and serving as the primary point of contact between talent and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Implement global influencer marketing strategies, fostering long-term partnerships with creators for organic and sponsored content.
- Lead the identification, vetting, and negotiation of contracts for top-tier talent and celebrities, ensuring alignment with brand goals and legal standards.
- Act as the primary negotiator for top-tier talent, supporting team members as needed.
- Manage campaign communications and deliverables, including product fulfillment, content reviews, and payment documentation.
- Maintain and share terms of influencer agreements with internal and external teams.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with KPIs.
- Collect and analyze campaign performance metrics to deliver actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Foster relationships with influencers and agents by monitoring social channels, staying informed of their activities, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
On-Site Event Management:
- Support the team in ideating, planning, and executing influencer-driven on-site events, such as top-tier talent appearances, branded pop-ups, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate with event production teams to integrate influencer deliverables into broader event objectives, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot on-site challenges, ensuring influencers are supported and campaigns achieve maximum impact.
Team Collaboration and Agency Support:
- Partner with influencer leadership to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Support the integration of influencer initiatives into broader brand strategies by bridging the gap between creative, account, and strategy teams.
- Act as a key contact for account teams, providing timely updates on campaign progress, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting client concerns.
- Advocate for influencer marketing across the agency and contribute to cross-discipline collaboration.
- Collaborate on the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring alignment between creative and functional influencer strategies.
- Work with the leadership team to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Source and present influencer options during pitches and proposal processes.
