The backbone of Experiment’s marketing engine is our creator community, and we’ll be scaling that effort in 2025. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Coordinator to support the Marketing team in day-to-day influencer operations and campaigns. The Coordinator will assist with influencer identification, relationship building, product seeding, and content performance tracking in order to increase brand awareness and engagement.
This role will report to theCEO (an influencer and influencer marketer herself) and will be based in NYC on a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in-office, 2 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign support
- Support overarching brand and marketing goals by planning & executing influencer campaigns
- Collaborate with Senior Brand Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive messaging across all influencer campaigns
- Become an Experiment brand and product expert to act as a true brand ambassador for influencer-facing initiatives
Creator identification + outreach
- Research + identify relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Support influencer selection process by analyzing engagement metrics, audience demographics, plus brand, product and content fit
- Assist with initial outreach and communication to potential influencers, ensuring a timely and professional response
- Create and manage lists for mailers to ensure each activation is targeted to the appropriate audiences and maximizing relationships
Relationship building + management
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring positive collaboration and communication
- Act as a key point of contact for influencers via email and social, answering questions and coordinating product gifting as needed
- Diligently manage Experiment’s influencer lists, ensuring accuracy in contact information at all times
Content tracking + reporting
- Collect, organize and report on content performance metrics such as EMV, reach, engagement, etc.
- Suggest ways to optimize tracking and reporting on all content metrics
Product seeding and influencer gifting
- Manage product seeding program and fulfillment for influencer gifting and partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of products and accurate documentation
- Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely product sends
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing within the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of the beauty creator landscape, focusing on Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to interpret various content metrics and apply learnings to future campaigns

Salary range: $60k - $75k
