We are seeking a Talent Manager to join the Talent Management team at The Digital Dept. Work with the Director of your pod and work to secure effective influencer campaigns with measurable results for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. Successful candidates must have 2+ years of influencer talent management experience and be familiar with creators, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, etc) and building successful creator and brand partnerships.
Location: Ideally NY, CA, TX, FL, TN but open to hybrid within United States
Responsibilities include:
- Handle consistent communication with talent and provide career direction.
- Create campaign concepts for all incoming offers for The Digital Dept. roster of talent based on budget and talent strengths.
- Daily communication with talent inclusive of offers, industry trends, events, gifting, strategy and more.
- Negotiate and set appropriate budgets.
- Develop relationships with individuals and brands.
- Pitch outgoing opportunities to brands based on talent needs.
- Keep informed of industry trends, events and deals.
- Consistently explore opportunities to develop existing clients and participate in new program pitches and presentations.
- Provide insight and research new talent.
- Manage personal roster of talent maintaining strong relationships
- Organize reasonable timelines.
- Confirm all requirements and logistics of campaigns.
- Manage talent’s inbox and calendar.
- Manage the client and talent's expectations.
Requirements include:
Candidates should be proactive, organized, detailed, have strong communication skills, and strong time management skills. We are seeking candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong relationships with influencer talent as well as brands and agencies working on influencer marketing campaigns.
- 2+ years experience in influencer talent management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field

Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to use a telephone, to enter data using a computer keyboard, and to perform; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal classroom levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal classrooms and on the telephone; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation
$75,000.00 + Commission & Bonus Plan
If annual goal is achieved, full comp is $99K plus uncapped commission and bonus plan above goal
