Description:
We are seeking a creative, and strategic Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager to help lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, with a proven track record of driving engagement, growing audiences, and building a strong brand presence.
This role will oversee a team and work closely with CEO to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals, driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Comfortable executing and leading TikTok Lives
• Community Management: Lead the day-to-day management of social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and voice across all social channels, staying true to our brand identity.
• Influencer & Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and external stakeholders to expand brand reach and credibility.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on strategy and execution
• Experience working in the beauty industry, preferably in skincare
• Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving meaningful engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing trends and platforms.
• Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of the curve in social media innovations.
