Description
Our client is the world's smallest country founded in 1967 on a former WWII sea fort in the North Sea. Known for its unique history and independent status, it offers a dynamic environment for individuals interested in governance, maritime law, digital commerce, and creative nation-building efforts.
Are you a natural storyteller with a passion for creating engaging digital content? If you're ready to dive into content creation, community building, and videography, our client wants you on their team! As our full-time Content Creator & Social Media Apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our client's unique story to life and sharing it with over 600,000 followers worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Take charge of creating fresh, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts (including newsletter and blog posts in the long run). You'll plan and produce platform-specific posts, from behind-the-scenes looks to history-inspired features, skits, and informative segments. You will also assist in creating and managing year-round campaigns (Father's Day, Independence Day, Christmas etc).
- Event Coverage & Videography: Become our client's on-the-ground storyteller at their key events! Attend sports games and community gatherings to capture video content that resonates. Conduct interviews with subjects to showcase their community, all while levelling up your videography skills.
- Community Engagement: Build a loyal community across their platforms. You’ll respond to comments, initiate conversations, and share user-generated content. Keep their followers engaged with interactive Q&As, polls, and stories that strengthen their connection.
- Content Repurposing & Adaptation: Maximize reach by repurposing successful content across platforms, creating native content that fits each platform’s vibe while maintaining brand consistency.
- Performance Analysis: Track how their content performs, dive into engagement metrics, and use the insights to refine their strategies so that they're constantly improving.
What they're Looking For:
- Creative & Technical Skills: Some experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Capcut, or TikTok editing tools, and a desire to build these skills.
- Storytelling Ability: You have a knack for creating content that connects with a wide audience, whether through visuals or words.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You’re comfortable with numbers and tracking content performance, using data to evolve our content strategy.
- Adaptability & Enthusiasm: Ready for a dynamic, full-time role that includes on-site event coverage, flexible scheduling, and managing multiple platforms.
