Sierra Six Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that delivers impactful strategies in SEO, PPC, and social media for a wide range of clients. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SEO Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a key role in driving organic growth for our clients by implementing effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for client websites, using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Optimise on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement technical SEO recommendations, including site speed improvements, structured data, and crawlability fixes.
- Conduct regular site audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, and create actionable plans to address issues affecting organic performance.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
- Analyse and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations directly to the Director.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new content and website projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep clients’ strategies cutting-edge.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within an agency setting.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- On-Page SEO Skills: A strong understanding of how to optimise content and web pages for search engines.
- Technical SEO: Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed optimisation.
- Communication Skills: Capable of clearly articulating strategies and performance insights to the Director and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for SEO: Enthusiastic about staying ahead of industry changes and driving measurable results.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
