About the Role:
As our Google Ads Manager, your primary focus will be managing and optimising B2B paid media campaigns on Google Ads. You'll lead the charge in building strategies that resonate with target audiences and deliver exceptional ROI for our clients. This isn’t just about managing ad budgets—it’s about creating campaigns that truly stand out in the competitive digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on B2B lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.
- Collaborate with our team to integrate campaigns with broader digital strategies, including SEO, landing pages, and marketing automation.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in Google Ads, PPC strategies, and B2B advertising.
- Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and scaling of campaigns.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially in a B2B environment.
- Be highly analytical, with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation platforms.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to present clear, actionable insights to clients and team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Show a proactive approach to testing, learning, and implementing new advertising strategies.
