We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and revenue. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, marketing automation, and data analysis. You will work closely with sales, inside sales, and other key stakeholders to optimise campaigns and align efforts to business goals. Perhaps most of all, you will be positive, flexible, and ready for a challenge.

About the role:
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Design and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social media, SEO, and more to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Marketing Automation: Use tools like Pardot (or equivalent) to manage email campaigns, nurture sequences, and workflows, ensuring effective lead scoring and segmentation.
- Website Optimization: Work on website performance improvements, including SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Paid Media Management: Develop and execute paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns to ensure ROI.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyse campaign performance and use insights to refine and improve future marketing strategies. Provide actionable reporting to stakeholders.
- Content Creation: Write compelling copy for emails, social media posts, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and campaign execution.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred), CRM systems, SEO, and paid media management.
- Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Content Creation: Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating content for emails, social media, and other platforms.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, inside sales, and other teams to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and campaign effectiveness.
- Hands-On Approach: A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Digital Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO, paid search, social media, and website optimisation strategies.
