Position Title: Facebook Ads Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our marketing team at Trade Mastermind. As a leading provider of business education for tradespeople, we empower individuals to transition into successful business owners through our innovative programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving high volumes of leads through Facebook advertising strategies. They will be responsible for developing and executing targeted Facebook ad campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive enrollment in our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop strategic Facebook advertising campaigns to generate high volumes of leads for Trade Mastermind's programs.
- Conduct audience research to identify and target qualified prospects within the trades industry who are seeking business education and mentorship.
- Ad Creation and Optimization:
- Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and offers that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad performance and maximize lead generation results.
- Lead Generation Funnel Development:
- Design and optimize lead generation funnels to capture and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
- Implement lead capture forms, landing pages, and automated email sequences to facilitate lead generation and follow-up.
- Campaign Management and Execution:
- Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results and achieve lead generation goals.
- Conversion Tracking and Reporting:
- Implement tracking pixels and conversion events to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ad campaigns in generating leads.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay Updated on Best Practices:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and changes in Facebook advertising algorithms and policies.
- Continuously test and experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques to improve lead generation results.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in driving high volumes of leads through Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager platform, ad targeting options, and optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance to achieve lead generation goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; additional certifications in Facebook advertising or digital marketing are a plus.
