About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support our growth team. This role is crucial in driving new customer acquisition through channels such as PPC, email, social, and referral marketing. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Growth Manager, managing these core channels, running A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns to deliver results. They will also assist with weekly reporting and identify other opportunities for growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- PPC Campaigns: Manage the execution of our PPC strategy in collaboration with our external agency.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute automated email campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Creative Coordination: Work with the content and design teams to develop compelling copy and creatives for campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on email campaigns and other channels to identify best practices and optimize performance.
- Channel Exploration: Evaluate and test new communication channels to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
- Reporting: Deliver daily and weekly reports on key metrics across paid and organic marketing channels.
- Referral Strategy: Coordinate and execute promotional strategies for referral campaigns.
- Growth Experiments: Co-plan and launch growth experiments to identify new top-of-the-funnel sources for customer acquisition.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a D2C environment.
- Campaign Management: Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide insights for improving marketing strategies.
- Execution: Proven ability to independently execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting: Strong attention to detail in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
