We are seeking a skilled French speaking Digital Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing initiatives across key markets including France, Italy and the UK.
With the launch of non-stop Paris-Australia flights, France is a key market, making fluency in French essential. You'll bring your deep knowledge of the UK and EU markets and expertise in digital channels and platforms to create strong engagement with Qantas’ owned digital channels and deliver effective marketing activities.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development and execution of both B2C and B2B marketing plans with the support of the UKEMEA team.
- Manage Qantas’ owned digital channels (websites, email, social), optimising content to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Take a data-driven approach, continuously analyse channel performance and implement strategies to optimise results and maximise ROI.
- Implement digital marketing best practices to drive the highest return on investment.
- Utilise your language skills to ensure translations from English to French are on brand.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, commercial, and head office teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
- Deliver end-to-end cross-channel campaigns, including creative development, project management, and media planning.
Who you are:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- A data-driven, results oriented mindset
- Proven experience managing digital channels (web, email, social), including content design
- Proven expertise in end-to-end cross-channel campaign execution (owned, earned and paid)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Analytics, AEM Production and Adobe Campaign)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing (SEO, SEM, and programmatic)
- Skills in basic graphic design (Photoshop and HTML) would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of APEX is desirable but not essential
