About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Creative, Content & Marketing, you will craft and execute cross-channel marketing strategies to grow membership, boost engagement, and increase revenue. You will oversee marketing activities to ensure alignment with organisational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing campaigns that attract and retain members.
- Creating and managing content across digital and offline platforms.
- Supporting event promotion and increasing attendance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.
- Leading social media and email marketing strategies to maximise reach and impact.
- Analysing performance data to refine strategies and report outcomes.
- Managing and mentoring the Marketing & Communications Officer.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex campaigns, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving audience engagement. Key skills include:
- Expertise in digital marketing, including analytics, email, and social media.
- Strong project management and strategic planning abilities.
- Familiarity with GDPR standards.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
