The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the Sales and Marketing teams.
You will partner with stakeholders to analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver actionable insights and enhance commercial strategies.
- Analysing sales performance, customer trends and marketing spend to provide actionable insights.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs and data models to support decision-making.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to streamline data flows and improve reporting processes.
- Assisting in forecasting and planning activities by delivering accurate, data-driven recommendations.
- Presenting findings to senior stakeholders, driving key business decisions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in data science, business analytics, mathematics or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data modelling, analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with large data sets and extracting meaningful trends and patterns.
- Familiarity with the automotive sector or an interest in the industry is advantageous.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
