We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Operations Associate to support our team by managing email campaigns and producing high-quality documents such as client reports, market maps, and industry white papers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and engage clients and candidates.
- Produce polished and professional documents, including client reports, market maps, and formatted CVs.
- Maintain and update templates for marketing materials and operational documents.
- Support consultants with administrative tasks related to client and candidate management.
- Assist with database updates and organization to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with recruiters and consultants to support broader marketing and operational initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 years of experience in marketing, operations, or administrative support roles.
- Experience building and running email campaigns.
- Strong written communication and document formatting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
