The Impact You’ll Make
Role
As a Business Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract), you will hire across all non-technical functions at Nextdoor, with a primary focus on GTM. You’ll partner closely with leaders, hiring managers, People Team stakeholders, and colleagues across the company to scale our Sales and Revenue organization and to take on other roles across G&A as needed. You will be a critical partner in building teams and to the overall success of Nextdoor. You should be excited to bring your experience and expertise every day in order to have the following impact:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of non-technical positions with an emphasis on Sales and Revenue roles
- Work cross-functionally with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess recruiting needs, and understand job requirements
- Build pipelines of qualified, high-caliber candidates using sourcing strategies, evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, and alignment with employment opportunities at Nextdoor
- Deliver a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track candidates through our ATS (Greenhouse) and leverage reporting capabilities to refine our approach to pipeline development
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze, track, and communicate key hiring metrics
- Participate in in-person Nextdoor events, trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and other team building exercises
- Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to the KIND culture that Nextdoor values
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 4+ years of business recruiting supporting roles including, but not limited to, Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Overlay and Support, Revenue Operations
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with different types of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills: written, oral, in-person, and on the phone
- Efficiency and data-driven mindset: learns quickly, has the ability to triage pipeline data to uncover trends, and be able to pivot sourcing strategies as needed
- Leads by example: inclusive, collaborative, self-directed, and highly motivated with a sense of urgency, and has strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for the Nextdoor’s mission and company values
- Bonus points for experience with Ad sales / Ad Platform sales
Rewards
Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create our rewards package. Total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
The starting salary for this Fixed Term Contract role is expected to range from $120,000 to $135,000 on an annualized basis. Compensation may also vary by geography. Duration of the contract is expected to last five months.
