The Opportunity
Hearth is at an exciting point of growth, and we are looking for the right Associate Product Manager to help us accelerate. We are expanding Hearth’s product development organization and are looking to fill an important and impactful role - associate product manager - to help co-create the future of our technology.
You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, as well as across our diverse teams to build impactful technology that measurably helps small business owners and homeowners across the country.

You will own product quality from strategy to execution and ensure we are delivering the best product possible, delighting our customers and accelerating business growth.

You are a skilled listener and can pattern with our customer success team to ensure our products meet the needs of all our customers. What You’ll Do
- Own the quality of the Hearth platform, Ensure that releases are up to standards and no edge case is missed.
- Triage the most complex customer issues and work with engineers to prioritize and deliver fixes and platform improvements.
- Use data to understand users, their product usage, and help set priorities and product strategy
- Jump in to directly support customers in technically challenging cases, work with the engineering team to ensure fixes are shipped as quickly as possible.
- Define and prioritize backlogs to ensure engineers solve the right problems for our customers.
- Be the voice of the customer and help improve product team decisioning
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in a product management or product adjacent role (as an analyst or similar)
- 2+ years of experience working with engineering teams to prioritize work and deliver quality products preferred.
- Experience in product Quality Assurance preferred.
- Comfort with SQL for data querying; some exposure to dashboard tools like Looker or Mode is a plus.
- You care deeply about customers' experience and are comfortable talking with customers to make sure we deliver the right thing.
- You are ready to get your hands dirty jumping into complex customer issues and edge cases and helping drive issues to resolution.
- You have a scrappy ‘get things done’ mentality, and the ability to work in a self-guided manner
- Strong communicator; you can crisply communicate actionable customer and data-driven insights to all audiences
- Experience in SMB SaaS environments is advantageous but not required.

Location
This role will be located in NYC along with the rest of the technical Hearth team, the CEO, and other key roles in the business. The Pay Range For This Role Is
80,000 - 110,000 USD per year(New York)
