Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves interpreting data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to understand data needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Document methodologies, findings, and processes to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in tools such as Excel, Python, R, or Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Services.
- Exposure to data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or ggplot2.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and experience with tools like SPSS, SAS, or Stata.
- Basic knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning techniques.
