Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through this innovative treatment and expert care. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team who, to start with, can wear two hats: Social Media Manager and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapist.

We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to fill the, initially, dual role of Social Media Manager and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapist. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for health and wellness, a flair for creative communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. As the business grows this position may well become that of Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketer

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapist

Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions according to established protocols and safety standards.
Conduct pre-treatment assessments and consultations to determine client suitability for HBOT.
Monitor clients during therapy sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
Provide post-treatment support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and positive outcomes.
Educate clients on the benefits and potential risks of HBOT.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:
Previous experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desirable:
Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
