We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated customer service team. In this role, you’ll serve as the voice of our brand across social media, addressing customer inquiries and maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction. Core Responsibilities:
- Social Media Monitoring: Actively monitor social media channels for all our brands, providing timely and helpful responses to customer questions and concerns
- Customer Query Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly, escalating to management as needed
- Collaboration with Customer Service Team: Work closely with the wider customer service team, sharing insights and supporting the resolution of customer issues
- Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with the team to improve social media engagement strategies and provide guidance on platform use.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong customer first approach and who understands how social media interactions can enhance the overall customer experience. You’ll be experienced in a similar role and will also demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions
- Collaborative team player with a positive approach to teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong IT skills, with a solid understanding of social media platforms. Knowledge of gardening and our product range is highly advantageous
